What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Life happens, and we get it! You may cancel your class booking up to 9 hours in advance with no fuss or fees. If you need to cancel within 9 hours or miss the class, a late cancellation fee may apply. For those with memberships or packages, there might be specific terms, so be sure to check the details for your plan.

Are There Any Changing Rooms or Showers?

Absolutely! We’ve got sparkling showers that double up as changing rooms within the studio. Freshen up and get ready to conquer your workout, or unwind and clean up after that workout.

What If I’m New To Group Fitness Classes or Sports?

Can I Try A Class Without Subscribing Or Purchasing A Membership?

How Early Should I Arrive For Class?

Arriving 15-20 minutes early is the secret to a stress-free start! It gives you time to check in, get comfortable, and maybe even sneak in a quick warm-up. Plus, it ensures you’re all set to dive into your workout right on time. See you at the starting line!

What Do I Need To Bring?

Make sure to bring or wear appropriate workout clothes, socks, suitable footwear, and a water bottle. For Cycling classes, shoes are provided or you may wear your own, with compatible cleats.

Are There In-Class Rules?

Go at your own pace while pushing your limits and focus on yourself. Even the best were once beginners. Refrain from using your phones during class. Leave it in your locker or put it away. The most important rule is to have fun and enjoy your workout!

I Lost Something At The Studio, What Should I Do?

We’ll keep lost items for up to 3 weeks at the front desk. Think you lost something? Just reach out to us via email or ask our Chrome Crew during your next visit.

Can I Workout While Pregnant?

We highly recommend you check with your doctor/medical professional prior to working out at CHROME or participating in any workouts. Please notify our CHROME COACHES before class and they will ensure you’re looked after.. Remember, SAFETY FIRST!

Will I be able to workout with pre-existing health conditions?

Yes, absolutely! At Chrome Club, we prioritize your safety and well-being. Before starting, we recommend discussing any pre-existing health conditions with your healthcare provider or doctor.
